Welcome to Heart and Seal Notary LLC.

I am LaShona Dickerson, CEO and Louisiana Civil Law Notary. I was commissioned in 2019 after retiring from a fulfilling career in the school system. Preparing for the Louisiana Civil Law Notary examination reignited my appreciation for the law and, combined with my passion for serving others, inspired the creation of Heart and Seal Notary.

I am commissioned in St. Landry Parish with statewide jurisdiction throughout Louisiana.

At Heart and Seal Notary, we provide reliable, efficient, and professional mobile and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services. As a Louisiana Civil Law Notary, I am authorized under Louisiana law to perform notarial acts and prepare certain legal documents permitted by statute.
