At Heart and Seal Notary, we provide a full range of professional mobile and Remote Online Notarization (RON) services in accordance with Louisiana law. As a Louisiana Civil Law Notary, I am authorized under state statute to perform notarial acts and prepare certain legal documents as permitted by law.

Mobile Notary Services

We travel to your location — home, office, hospital, care facility, or other meeting place — to perform notarizations that require in-person presence. Our mobile services include:

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

We offer secure Remote Online Notarization in accordance with Louisiana law. As permitted by statute, Louisiana commissioned notaries may perform RON for signers located throughout the United States and internationally, where applicable laws allow. Certain exclusions apply under Louisiana statutes.

Document Preparation Authority

Under Louisiana Civil Law, a civil law notary may prepare certain legal documents. Heart and Seal Notary LLC can prepare documents that fall within the scope of notarial authority under Louisiana law. We do not provide legal representation or court services.

Apostille and Document Legalization Assistance

We assist with apostille document preparation and guidance for documents that require authentication for use outside the United States. Our team can explain the apostille process and help ensure your documents comply with Louisiana and international requirements.
